Safe Spaces Georgia offers supervised court-ordered visitation services for parents. Visits between parents and children can oftentimes be stressful, especially when there were previously allegations of abuse, neglect, or addiction. We offer a broad range of services aimed at ensuring the safety of all involved in the visitation process.

AREAS SERVED
We serve the following areas: Spalding, Pike, Upson, Fayette, Coweta, Butts, and Lamar Counties. Other areas available for a small fee.
SERVICES
Supervised Visitation & Exchange
We offer public supervision at places like restaurants, parks, public events or in-home supervision of a family member— 7 days a week. We can also provide a safe and secure environment for children during the transfer from one parent to another in cases where there are concerns about conflict or safety.
Paternity Testing
Paternity testing is a DNA-based test that can determine the biological father of a child with a high degree of accuracy.
Anger Management
We partner with a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide anger management evaluations, recommendations, and courses.
Parenting Classes
Take educational courses designed to help parents improve their parenting skills and develop effective strategies to address common parenting challenges.
Drug Testing
We offer on-site or mobile drug testing for employees and private clients.
CPR/First Aid Certification
CPR and first aid training provide individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to respond effectively to medical emergencies and potentially save lives.

Safe Spaces Georgia, LLC was founded in 2023 by J. Maria McCoy, a family law attorney experienced in the juvenile court system. Recognizing the challenges parents face in setting up supervised visitation services ordered by the Court, Safe Spaces addresses the need for comprehensive solutions beyond limited park visits with police officers. Offering in-home, overnight, and multi-location supervision, Safe Spaces understands the importance of flexibility and tailored support. With McCoy's expertise and commitment to representing mothers, fathers, and children, Safe Spaces expanded its services to include laboratory testing, CPR certifications, and parenting classes. As a trusted provider, Safe Spaces serves as a valuable support system, bridging the gap between parents and court-ordered supervised visitation.
